Export Posts & Pages in WordPress
Posts
- Timely Content: Posts are designed for frequent, time-sensitive updates, like blog articles, news pieces, or announcements.
- Reverse Chronological Order: Your newest posts appear first, making it easy for readers to find the latest content.
Categories and Tags Organize posts into topics and subtopics, for easy navigation. - Encourage Discussion: Posts usually have a comment section for readers to leave feedback and engage with each other.
Pages
- Static Content: Pages are for core, timeless information about your website, such as your “About Us,” “Contact,” or “Services” pages.
- Hierarchical Structure: Pages can be arranged into “parent” and “child” relationships, creating a clear website structure.
- Not Primarily for Discussion: While you can allow comments on pages, they aren’t the primary focus.
You can download your posts and pages in .csv format.
