Let’s activate the Custom Post Type & Custom Taxonomy module:

  • Configure the slug to define how the post type will appear in the URL (e.g., example.com/books).
Step 3 – Configure Custom Taxonomy:
  • In the same module, switch to the Taxonomy section.
  • Enter a name for your taxonomy (e.g., “Genres”).
  • Associate the taxonomy with the custom post type you just created (e.g., “Books”).
  • Configure whether the taxonomy should act like categories or tags.
Step 3 – Save & Publish:
  1. Once you’re satisfied with the settings, click Save and start using your new custom post types and taxonomies on your website.
